Little Tides Under 5’s

  • An earlier edition of one of our most popular classes!

    Little Tides Under 5’s Class is designed specifically for younger gymnasts to improve their motor skills, learn balance and co-ordination in a fun and rewarding way! Our Little Tides take part in their RISE Discover awards termly, and receive medals and certificates for their achievements. For gymnasts ages 3.5 to 5 years

Starfish

  • For our Little Tides gymnasts who are growing up! We change the format of this class to prepare our little gymnasts for the exciting step up into the Deep-Sea Divers class!

Deep-Sea Divers

  • A Monday edition of our super fun recreational Saturday classes. Gymnasts learn an array of moves with our qualified coaches. Their achievements are celebrated through the RISE award scheme!

  • Our Saturday classes are a fun way to spend the weekend learning new skills with our lovely coaches. Gymnasts work hard every week to develop their skills, and to achieve their RISE awards

Tidal Waves - Ages 7 to 10 Years

  • This Recreational and Developmental class is one of our original Saturday classes! Gymnasts work on our array of apparatus with our wonderful coaches.

    Children who can’t get enough of this class are invited to stay for 30 minutes extra!

Riptides

  • This action-packed class is for older gymnasts of all abilities. Gymnasts learn moves on our apparatus to suit their ability and interest. Our Boys Squad train in this class, and gymnasts work towards their RISE Explore and RISE Excel awards.

  • This class is for older gymnasts (ages 10+) who enjoy learning more of the acrobatic moves. We work towards front and back handsprings, somersaults and free cartwheels on floor, as well as various other moves on our other pieces. We cater to all abilities, as it is our mission to ensure each gymnast feels celebrated and supported as they get older in the sport.

Our classes run termly and are billed monthly for your convenience.
